This will mainly include pulling and combining reports from Dungarvin's EHR system, Therap. However, this may also include data sets from different systems. The position will leverage data to identify quality improvement processes, compliance with national standards, and integration of acquired companies. These responsibilities would be a component of the more extensive Quality Affirmation program. 
Collecting Data - Gather information from multiple sources. Normalize the data for cross-referencing data sets. Data Cleaning and Quality Assurance- Review all produced reports for errors or anomalies before distribution. This will include ongoing reviews as the information sources may change reporting functionality. Organizing Data- Organize information to provide optimal review for the end user. Efficient report designs that minimize the ongoing efforts to produce them and reduce the time required for end users review. Interpreting Insights - Providing insight into the information being presented. Highlighting issues based on a preliminary review of the report. Presentation and Communication- Professional presentation of information to various groups or committees. Assist in Oversight of Therap rollout for acquired companies adhering to national standards and best practices.- Acquired companies will need to be transitioned to Dungarvin's Electronic Health Record (EHR). Developing and utilizing reports to properly evaluate rollout progress. Monitor Therap development- Therap is under development which requires continual attention to adapt Dungarvin systems as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: A minimum of 4 years in a data analytics role, preferably in health and human services. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Excellent customer service skills. Strong analytical ability. Proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, including clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical users. Proficient in time management (organizing and prioritizing). Demonstrated ability to manage and lead projects. Nice to have: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in one of the following areas: social work, psychology, human services, disability services, developmental disabilities, quality assurance, or data analytics. A thorough understanding of Dungarvin's or like provider services. A thorough understanding of Therap Services. Experience working with Data Governance and long-term database development.
