Quality Assurance Associate

OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to join one of our partners as a Quality Assurance Associate.
While previous experience in Quality Assurance is not required, the ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. This position offers the opportunity for growth and potential transition to a permanent role within the company.
DUTIES
Scan and upload documents to our server using designated equipment and software.
Assist with filing and indexing projects to ensure efficient organization of records.
Perform tasks related to filing, archiving, and maintaining document integrity.
Collaborate with team members to support various administrative needs as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in tasks.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Flexibility and willingness to learn new processes and software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with basic filing concepts and document management principles.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
PREFERRED
Experience with document scanning and imaging equipment.
Previous exposure to quality assurance processes or related fields.
OTHER DETAILS
Flexible work schedule (Part-Time or Full-Time).
Potential for transition to a permanent position based on performance.
