Qmp Driving Dynamics

The Driving Dynamics Intern will:
·Support the coordination and management of supplier quality systems for Powertrain & Driving Dynamics purchased parts.
·Supports the development and approval of current, and new supplier quality and production systems, to ensure purchased parts meet product specifications.
·Be an integral part of driving continuous improvements at suppliers and parts development for manufacturing.

The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:
·Develop new and challenging supplier's quality and production improvement projects
·Support the module Quality Engineer(s) with advanced quality planning activities such as risk assessment, and product and process development.
·Support in quality problem solving for supplier related issues and implementation of solutions
·Traceability Audit
·Industrialization – New launches
·TecSa – Technical Cleanliness
·Student in Engineering, Business Administration, or International Business
·Basic knowledge of automotive industry and in project management preferred, but not essential
·Teamwork, self-initiative, proactive, assertiveness and good communication skills
·Ability to create reports, charts and presentations with Office tools. (Good skills with excel and Power Point). position.
·Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
·Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
·Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
·Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
·Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
·MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
·Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term
