In this role, you will be serving as the QC Manager on a VA hospital project with an estimated project duration of 2+ years. Candidates must possess active CQM cert for serious consideration. E: Position Overview: The Quality Control (QC) Manager is responsible for the overall quality control of ground up and renovation construction projects. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations, as well as all contractual requirements. The QC Manager oversees company personnel and subcontractors to ensure that proper quality control systems are in place and functioning as intended. 
Key Responsibilities: Identifying operational inefficiencies and advising on improvements  Inspecting work progress regularly to ensure compliance with all contract requirements and specs Entering updates into RMS 3.0 Developing inspection reports and providing feedback to the project team on any discrepancies Reviewing and approving subcontractor and vendor quality assurance plans Attending safety meetings and helping project SSHO enforce safety plan onsite  Ensuring that corrective action is taken when needed Resolving disputes related to quality control Maintaining proper records of all QC activities Qualifications: More than 5 years of relevant QC Manager experience and: CQM cert  OSHA 30 Willingness to travel domestically USACE, NAVFAC, and/or DoD project experience Vertical commercial construction experience Prior experience with hospital projects and/or elevator installation is a PLUS Bachelors Degree (Engineering, Construction Management, Occupational Health and Safety) PREFERRED Benefits Salary 120-135k (based on experience)  Allowance toward travel expenses  Discretionary Bonus  Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
