Description Concept Plus is seeking a QA Analyst to analyze and develop documentation, diagrams, flowcharts, and software development procedures used to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to establishment guidelines. Creates, implements, and administrates system configuration for building process solutions for project developments and ongoing support. Primary Responsibilities: Continuous evaluation of an organization's IT framework, quality of data preparation and delivery.Build strong working relationships will program stakeholders, inciting a strong sense of value and quality.Formulate quality standards for employees and processes.
Provide training to customers. Improve customer operational efficiency and reduce waste.Facilitate communication and engage business and IT management to encourage and refine configuration management efforts.Engagement to ensure delivery of required CMS functionality within established timeframes.Reviews and approves significant IT infrastructure changes to ensure impacts to configuration management data are properly addressed.Advise customer on configuration management services, conceptualization, procedures, and policiesProvide oversight, review, and support configuration control working groups board and implement changes.Provide and approve all requirements, use cases, user stories, etc. in support of current or improved functioning of the CMS.Create and execute all test cases, test plans, test reports, and testing deliverables for release packages.Implement and manage Agile project management software tool to support change, configuration, requirements management, and version control for various projects.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.4+ years of Quality Assurance experience with a demonstrated track record
of successful project delivery.Excellent listening skills with a sincere, collaborative approach.Proficient in producing key project documents, including QA/CM documentation, diagrams, and flowcharts, and software development procedures reports.Experience with various CMS'.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.Experienced use of Agile [Scrum] and Waterfall project management methodologies.Genuine attitude of service with a strong desire to produce quality work.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the Information Technology Acquisition process and its milestones (particularly within DoD).Familiarity with JIRA and ConfluenceExperience with geographically diverse teamsHave DoD experience or HITAutomated Testing Tools Experience - Selenium
