DMI is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide overall quality control of DMI's scanning team to ensure health records are scanned properly and quality standards are compliant with customer's specifications Provide corrective actions for process improvement as needed to the scanning team Compile and maintain evidence of Quality Assurance Review results, identifying areas for improvement, and sharing best practices Train team as necessary to ensure quality standards are being met Plan, perform and oversee inspection of scanned medical records Ensure scanning team is treating PII with proper security protocols Report on results of quality activities Coordinate with customer's leadership DMI's quality assurance results and areas for improvement as needed Assist the Scanning Supervisor as needed Education and Years of Experience: 2+ years of previous QA experience preferred Candidates with previous experience on document scanning projects strongly preferred Previous EHR experience preferred Strong customer service skills required Superb computer competence, including experience with databases and Microsoft Office Knowledge of QA terms, tools, and methodologies Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: Additional Requirements: Min Citizenship Status Required: Physical Requirements: No Physical requirement needed for this position .
