We specialize in providing end-to-end technology solutions to various industries, with a focus on digital product engineering. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Python Engineer/Consultant to join our team and contribute to our clients' success.Key Responsibilities:Collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to develop scalable and efficient solutions.Implementing and delivering user stories on time, with high quality, while following an Agile development lifecycle.Solving complex problems as part of a teamDeveloping and maintaining high-quality Python code, adhering to best practices and project-level standards.Reviewing code for testability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.Receiving code reviews and constructive criticism on your code and its structure. You'll also be doing the same for those across the team.Staying current with the latest trends and developments in the Python ecosystem and related technologies and apply this knowledge to improve our offerings and client solutions.Working on difficult problems related to data, scalability, security, and high availability.Qualifications3+ years of hands-on back-end Python development experience.Experience developing RESTful APIs.Experience with popular Python Web/API frameworks such as Django or Flask.Experience working with relational databases. Experience with Postgres is a plus.Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.Excellent problem-solving skills.Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and stay current with industry trends.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively work with and as part of client teams.Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.Experience working with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).Additional InformationEst. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $110,000-$130,000*Disclaimer: In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, effective January 1, 2021, a good faith hourly or base salary range must be posted for all positions where the work may be performed in the state of Colorado.
