Purchasing and Receiving Administrator Location Redmond, OR : Purchasing and Receiving Administrator Central Oregon Heating.Cooling.Plumbing.Electric Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric is looking for a Purchasing and Receiving Administrator to join our growing team.

Summary: Purchasing and receiving inventory, ordering, and stock management in a construction environment. Includes data entry for processing of Purchase Orders. Ensure that parts and materials are received and checked against PO's for accuracy, correct pricing, and quantities and in good condition. Codes and records inventory for transfer to Accounts Payable.
Compensation: $18 - $23 per hour.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Work Location: Redmond, OR

Order and issue PO for equipment and materials directly to job (includes drop ships). Receive and verify orders delivered to warehouse for accuracy. Entry of parts and materials received on open POs for closure to accounts payable. Perform all necessary computer work to track purchases and received items. Entry of correct pricing and product information. Inform management of price increases or delivery shortages. Assist with inventory counts and control. Maintain confidential information that is received in verbal, written and electronic media. Limits access to information on a job-related, need-to-know basis. Keep warehouse and inventory in a clean and orderly manner. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in purchasing. Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in clerical/administration. Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office products. Typing skills of 40 WPM. Have verifiable work history and references. Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers in person, by phone and email. Ability to lift, climb stairs and ladders, and work in small spaces. Must be highly motivated, detailed oriented, able to multi-task, be highly skilled in problem solving and accurate resolutions, have a keen sense of urgency, be flexible, and demonstrate the ability to follow through on tasks timely and effectively. Have a great attitude that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Must be punctual with a clean presentation of them self and be prepared to work every day to provide reliable support for your team with excellent timeliness and attendance.
