At Essity: This Is What We Do About the Role Essity is currently searching for a Sourcing/Purchasing Administrator. This position is based in our manufacturing facility in Neenah, WI. This role will also support other North America sites as and when required.
The Sourcing/Purchasing Administrator will provide administrative support to the sourcing team. This individual is responsible for providing specific site support for all sourcing related issues/initiatives.

What You Will Do Support with all aspects of the company's purchasing, inventory control and management processes; Participate in purchasing negotiations with local suppliers; Process purchase orders and work in conjunction with all internal departments to ensure materials/service are purchased in a timely manner; Monitor overdue orders, process& expedite as necessary; Support with customer/supplier complaints; Monitor, report on and improve Supplier performance; Act as first point of contact for pricing/invoicing queries/delivery queries and general correspondence for both suppliers and internal departments; Ensure that internal and external customers receive efficient service from the Sourcing Department Administration and management of internal Databases (SAP) to ensure all information is accurate and updated (vendor record, info records, material master maintenance, also Reach compliance, Health & Safety regulation, etc.); Proactively seek cost saving opportunities though analyzing current operations & data in conjunction with the sourcing Manager. Produce and maintain sourcing department, expenditure, savings & KPI reports on a monthly basis; Provide any relevant purchasing administration as and when required for the smooth sunning of the Sites; Management of local/small spend areas & responsibility for designated local category spend (MRO); Operational involvement in process improvement projects and input into central led projects, incorporating P2P improvements. Who You Are High school diploma required; 3+ years of experience in purchasing, pricing, or other related fields preferred; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or technical field and/or related Professional Sourcing/Supply Chain Qualifications is desirable; Experience within a sourcing administration role is desirable; Must understand the purchasing process and be familial with purchasing terminology; Highly Competent in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
