POSITION OVERVIEWThe Anywhere team is seeking a Public Relations and Communications Specialist to support the CENTURY 21 brand. This person will support communications and public relations initiatives within the CENTURY 21 brand and will report to the Senior Director of Communications, Public Relations and play an integral part in shaping brand perception and value for the CENTURY 21 brand.We're looking for a self-starter with a high level of accountability, excellent communication skills, and a curiosity to learn and grow.WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FORCOMMUNICATIONSWork alongside the communications manager to draft and execute email communications using Salesforce Marketing CloudWork with cross-functional departments to align on high-impact content for monthly newslettersWork closely with operations to refine and optimize distribution listsResponsible for tracking monthly communications analytics using Marketing CloudManage Workplace by Meta community pagesPUBLIC RELATIONSOpportunity to work alongside dynamic communications and marketing teams to help build the brand narrative and reinforce brand perception across our global networkWork closely with network of affiliated broker owners and agents to identify storytelling opportunities that can be shared via brand press releases, media pitching, brand communications channels, and other external and internal PR opportunitiesSupport proactive and reactive media relations with consumer, business and real estate trade outletsWork closely with external PR agencies to help secure earned media coverage and drive the CENTURY 21 news engineWriting and copy support including external press releases, brand executive speeches and talk tracks, and various brand marketing materialsREQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in communications, Marketing/Advertising, or Business or equivalent related work experience3-5 years relevant experience as a public relations or communications professionalExperience in project management and execution of PR initiativesExperience in copywriting and editingWorking knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an assetExcellent oral and written communication skillsExpertise in understanding and communicating a "voice" in various formatsAbility to work in a collaborative, deadline-driven writing environment of multiple projects and quick turn-around requirementsAbility to prioritize various duties and multitask as requiredPREFERRED SKILLSExcellent writer, communicator, and collaboratorCreative, self-starter, entrepreneurial, curiosityExperience in project management and community managementKnowledge of Marketing CloudPrevious experience drafting email content for newsletters and promotional emailsExperience working in or with a public relations agency a plus#LI-DH2#LI-RemoteExciting News:EEO Statement:EOE AA M/F/Vet/DisabilityCompensation Range:The base salary for this position is $70,000 to $75,000.
