Overview: Job Description: Brand Communications Manager Job Summary: The Brand Communications Manager will lead Confluent Health's B2B brand communications initiatives and liaise with B2C PR, social media, production, and reputation management efforts. This role will work collaboratively with the Marketing Team, Consumer Media Team, cross-departmentally, and cross-company to develop and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, support business development, and enhance the overall reputation of Confluent Health .
As a member of the External Communications Team, the Brand Communications Manager will focus on creating and managing integrated communication materials, ensuring effective storytelling across multiple channels. The successful candidate will have experience in B2B brand communications, PR, social media management, and reputation management, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and execution

Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities/Functions: Lead the development and execution of B2B brand communications strategies, including PR campaigns, media relations, thought leadership initiatives, and executive communications. Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure alignment with brand strategies and objectives . Liaise with B2C PR, social media, and reputation management leads to ensure cohesive and integrated brand messaging across all platforms. Develop and manage content for various communication channels, including press releases, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, podcasts, conferences, and social media posts. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of communication materials. Establish and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, industry influencers /players , and key company stakeholders. Monitor and analyze media coverage, social media engagement, and other metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication efforts and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure brand consistency and integrity in all communications and marketing materials. Support crisis communication efforts and develop strategies to manage and mitigate potential reputational risks. Provide guidance and support to cross-departmental teams on best practices for brand communications and storytelling. Manage the content library, ensuring all assets are organized, archived, and easily accessible for future use. Skills & Knowledge: Proficiency in both digital and traditional communication channels, including social media platforms, content creation, and media relations. Strong passion for and knowledge of digital storytelling and visual communication. Familiarity with digital tools and trends in the communication industry. Ability to translate complex ideas and data into infographics and other creative formats. Proven ability to provide effective feedback and guidance to cross-functional teams. Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills with a balance of creativity and business acumen. Clear, concise writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to and interact with senior leaders. Attention to detail and follow-through. Team-oriented with a customer service mindset. Qualifications: Qualifications: Experience in brand communications, PR, social media management, or related fields. Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. Strong understanding of B2B and B2C communication strategies and tactics. Proficiency with media monitoring and social media management tools. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication plans. Experience in healthcare, wellness, or medical industry preferred. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Experience with healthcare, wellness or medical experience preferred
