Join our team as a Public Relations and Communications Assistant! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the public relations initiatives of our organization. We're a consistently growing event marketing company that provides marketing, advertising, and consulting services to large national companies and corporations.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management. Organize PR events and act as the company's spokesperson. Build relationships with customers and communicate promotional services. Develop PR strategies and campaigns. Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with consumers, communities, employees, and public interest groups. Coach client representatives in effective communication with the public and employees. Analyze the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to develop PR strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services. Maintain the organization's image and identity. Collaborate with managers to identify trends and evaluate advertising to ensure alignment with the organization's PR efforts. Requirements: Previous experience in public relations, sales, or related fields. Ability to build rapport with clients. Strong prioritization and multitasking skills. Positive and professional demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
