Public Involvement Coordinator

Consor, a national engineering firm, is looking for an experienced full-time Public Involvement
Coordinator to join our quickly growing Draper, Utah team! This fast-paced position requires a candidate
with strong time management, written and verbal communication, planning, organization, active
listening, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to take initiative, work
independently, and coordinate efforts with multi-discipline teams. The candidate must demonstrate
excellent attention to detail and have the ability to produce high quality work under short time
constraints. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is helpful.
Responsibilities will include:
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients Create and maintain detailed PI logs and stakeholder databases Manage PI efforts for infrastructure projects including one-on-one meetings with stakeholders,
email updates, 24/7 hotline management, website updates, social media, etc. Develop PI materials (PI plans, flyers, postcards, etc.) Attend project meetings, take notes, and follow-up on action item. Prepare for and facilitate public events such as open houses, workshops, public hearings,
neighborhood meetings, ribbon cuttings, etc The ideal candidate for this position is someone who:
Has a degree in communications, journalism, English, public relations, marketing, or advertising Over 1 year of relevant experience Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Has excellent writing and oral communication skills Has familiarity with municipal and government policies Has a valid driver's license Has the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
