Job Responsibilities Under the general supervision of the AVP of Marketing and Public Relations, the employee plans and manages various components of the institution's comprehensive public information initiatives. Through the use of strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills, the employee develops, distributes and maintains timely and relevant public information, web and social media content in a way that is consistent with the college brand.Minimum and Additional Requirements
A bachelor's degree and two (2) years experience related to the development and dissemination of informational material. Preferred Qualifications Prefer bachelor's degree in journalism, English or related field; Demonstrated experience in planning, producing and disseminating information on various topics through multiple media platforms.

Develop and administer all print releases and accompanying photography. Research, write, and edit releases for digital media outlets. Ensure accuracy and consistency with the college's brand across public relations and social media activities. Social Media Management:
Create, post, and manage content on the college's social media platforms. Maintain an active social media presence in line with the college's image. Collaboration & Strategy:
Serve as a key liaison on various institutional committees. Work independently and with college divisions to develop content strategies. Collaborate with a team to develop new and creative solutions for marketing and branding.
