Pt Server - Sat & Sun Brunch

looking for an experienced server to lead our FOH team Bar West is a warm and welcoming bar and restaurant on NW 21st, offering a well curated menu of delicious cocktails and incredible Italian-influenced NW cuisine. We are looking to immediately hire a FT server to add to our talented FOH team who will be working Sat & Sun brunch (9am - 4pm).

Ideal Qualification:

4+ years table service required, with an emphasis on casual fine dining
Extensive Wine and Spirits knowledge a must
A background in Bar, Host, Bus - and an understanding of the importance of each role
Events / Large Party Reservations experience preferred
Brunch Service experience preferred
Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
A drive to do things as well as they can possibly be done
Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
Integrity and a strong sense of accountability
Responsibilities:

Perform steps of service with grace, connection, and knowledge
Serve large party reservations and events with confidence and efficiency
Successfully delegate responsibilities and ensure successful execution of systems
Ensure consistent execution of service
Competitive hourly wage with steady tips and health insurance benefits for 27+ hours / 4 days - medical, dental, vision (50% coverage)
