• Engage and interact with customers• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store• Promote credit and loyalty programs• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor• Participate in store recovery and maintenance• Provide ongoing recognition and feedback• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety awareness• Perform assigned duties
