Element has an opportunity for a Prototype Build Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding team. The Prototype Build Coordinator is responsible for assisting with Prototype builds requiring an individual to work closely with a team of Assembly Technicians, Fabricator, and Engineers to assemble prototype automotive parts. T he Prototype Build Coordinator will support assemble of prototype automotive components per provided instructions, print part labels, package parts. Prototype Build Coordinator must be familiar with hands on assembly and disassembly of mechanical and electrical components. Candidates will use work instructions, drawings, specs, and/or verbal instructions to accomplish goals. The position must be proficient in a number of core business skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.
Computer skills: Excel, Word and outlook.  Packaging of parts for shipping Printing and affixing label Capable of assembling mechanical parts Must communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to meet deadlines and document progress. Must perform in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Must have 1-3+ years of computer experience Must have excellent problem solving/analysis, and decision-making skills Must be a Self-starter, with excellent communication skill to speak with customers Must be able to work 1st Shift, 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday High School diploma or Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent years of experience Automotive background required 1-3+ years of general coordination experience Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
