Responsibilities
• Manage assigned proposal projects• Analyze, research, and write/edit responses to RFI/RFP questionnaires• Negotiate requirements and create proposal documents• Facilitate cross-functional teamwork and ensure on-time delivery• Resolve issues and conflicts• Serve as Proposal Management Subject Matter Expert• Develop market and client industry specific responses• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts• Provide training and mentoring• Ad hoc projects and process ownership/responsibility
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Pre-Law, English, Journalism, or Communication• Master's degree preferred• Project management and previous proposal experience preferred• Minimum internet speed requirement for remote work• No tobacco/nicotine usage in specific states
