Responsibilities
• Development and execution of marketing activities• Lead the development of proposals and coordinate submission• Provide compelling content and graphics for RFPs, sales presentations, etc.• Facilitate proposal development meetings and manage document schedules• Maintain and update company project and employee databases• Identify process improvements and attend trade show activities
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent• Three (3) years related experience• Familiarity with building consulting and/or construction/engineering industry• Strong project management, writing, and organizational skills• Proficiency in graphic design and utilization of design software• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Key Skills Needed
• Experience assembling proposals and presentations• Flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and supplemental graphics software
