Job description The Proposal Manager works closely with a cross-functional team to provide responses to laboratory services RFPs and RFIs from government and commercial clients. The Proposal Manager leads the proposal process from receipt of RFP through internal project scoping and reviews, culminating in final budgets and proposals for submission to the client. Typical duties include leading proposal development meetings, developing pricing for quotes and proposals, writing proposal text, completing RFI responses, and tracking opportunities in Salesforce.com.
