We're looking for a property manager who can take full ownership over a 49 unit new construction luxury apartment community located in Charlotte, NC.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Leasing Tenant Relations Turnovers Marketing/Advertising Expense & Revenue Management and Implementation AppFolio Management Maintenance Management Move Ins/Move Outs Oversee any Renovation Projects WHY YOU MATTER Respond promptly to all inquiries/leads, aiming to respond within the hour during business hours. Conduct showings, accommodating diverse schedules and highlighting property features. Efficiently process applications, including background checks and income verification. Create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere within the community. Implement strategies to optimize revenue and manage expenses. Keep AppFolio updated at all times with accurate information. Monitor vacancies, delinquencies, and lease expiration schedules. Facilitate move-out processes efficiently. Verify issues and coordinate repairs. Facilitate smooth move-ins, ensuring all payments and logistics are handled promptly. WHAT IT TAKES Previous property management experience preferred. Proficiency in AppFolio, or similar property management software. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to excellence.
