Job Description:
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and administration of assigned properties, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. Your primary goal will be to maintain high occupancy rates, ensure timely rent collection, and provide excellent customer service to tenants. You will also be responsible for overseeing property maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and developing and implementing property improvement plans.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, tenant relations, and maintenance.
-Ensure compliance with all lease agreements, local ordinances, and fair housing regulations.
-Develop and implement strategies to maximize property revenue and minimize expenses.
-Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
-Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for property services and maintenance.
-Coordinate with leasing agents to market available units and maintain high occupancy rates.
-Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense forecasts.
-Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
-Stay current with market trends, property management best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 1 years of experience in property management or real estate management.
Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing practices, and landlord-tenant laws.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
-Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work effectively under pressure.
-Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
