Responsibilities
• Manage financial performance of the property• Supervise resident retention, renewal, and leasing programs• Oversee resident relations and handle resident phone calls and concerns• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations• Manage, train, and counsel onsite staff effectively• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests• Analyze performance and budget projections• Assign and proof all leasing paperwork• Adhere to lease file policy• Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year experience in onsite property management• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred• Excellent interpersonal communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office• Exposure to property management and accounting software• Ability to review, understand, and report financial information• Comprehensive understanding of marketing techniques and budgeting• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in an organized manner• Flexible schedule, including weekends• Able to tour the community with clients
