D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant-PM in the Operations Department.The Leasing Consultant assists prospective and current residents in finding and leasing homes in a Build-To-Rent community.The position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to handle various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
• Interact with prospective and current residents to communicate the value of living in a DHI Communities Build-To-Rent community.• Manage the application process and follow up with residents to finalize lease decisions.• Provide consistent service throughout the resident life cycle and address any concerns or questions.• Manage lease expirations and secure renewals.• Assist with community marketing activities and resident events.• Complete accounting, financial, and administrative reports.• Ensure adherence to government regulations, including Fair Housing, ADA, and OSHA.• Work both individually and in a team environment.• Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner.• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED.• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.• Sales skills, including lead generation, sales presentations, needs identification, and closing.• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.• Proficiency with computer systems, CRM programs, and internet usage.• Proficiency with MS Office and email.• Experience in sales, leasing, retail, or customer service is a plus.
