Responsibilities
• Prepare and submit First Report of Claims to carriers• Document, track, and facilitate claims assignments• Communicate with clients/insureds, carriers/adjusters, and internal contacts• Work in agency management system to document communications and track claims• Generate claims reports
Requirements
• 25 years of full-time work experience• 10 most current years of Commercial and/or Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience• Experience in claims management in retail broker environment
