Position Overview:
As the Promotions and Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our administrative and operational teams. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the VP of Marketing and Communications, managing donor specialty items, and leading teams to ensure the smooth functioning of our life-saving organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in operations management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Provide leadership and support to our dedicated team.
