Responsibilities
• Manage projects• Prepare scope, fee estimates, budgets and proposals• Prepare survey legal descriptions and plats/exhibits• Calculate roadway right-of-way/property lines• Perform ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys• Prepare computations for construction layout/subdivisions• Monitor project budgets/schedules and keep team notified of progress• Work directly with clients• Perform field work as needed• Perform records research of previous surveys and record research at courthouses
Requirements
• B.S. or A.S. in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent• 6+ years of experience• Registered Surveyor (PS) preferred• Experience with performing ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys• Knowledge of Civil 3D, Carlson, Microstation, Microsoft Office• Experience with RTK GPS, Robotics total station, laser scanner, Trimble Access Data Collectors and Trimble Business Center• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
