Responsibilities
• Understanding and communicating project scope• Managing multiple projects and team members• Training and mentorship of staff• Providing land survey documents and deliverables• Managing survey tasks• Scheduling survey crews• Determining data collection methods• Preparing field data• Verifying survey data accuracy• Researching survey evidence and records
Requirements
• 8+ years of related work experience• Professional Degree in Land Surveying Civil Engineering or equivalent• Registered Licensed Surveyor (PS) preferred• Experience with ALTA and Boundary Surveys, Topographic/Existing Condition & Route Surveys, and Construction Layout• Experience managing and directing less experienced staff• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3-D and Trimble products helpful• Valid Ohio driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance
Key Skills Needed
• Experience with land surveying• Knowledge of surveying software• Strong leadership and communication skills
