Responsibilities
• Ensure Christman is represented at the project site and maintain commitments• Review and evaluate construction documents for constructability and safety• Establish safety expectations and provide safety orientations• Coordinate site logistics and develop work plans• Oversee technical interpretation of construction documents• Discuss quality expectations with trade foremen• Coordinate necessary permitting and inspections• Complete daily reports and analyze project status• Resolve conflicts and disputes• Complete assigned training
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field• Minimum five years of commercial construction experience in a leadership role• Completion of relevant training in Construction Management, Safety, etc.• Ability to manage and plan work activities with safety awareness• Understanding of job cost accounting practices and construction scheduling• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines• Strong relationship-building and communication skills• Basic computer skills and familiarity with construction software
