The Assistant Vice President (C12) is a critical role in Citi's Productivity organization.Citi Productivity increases engagement, empowerment, and innovation so Citi can compete more effectively in a world of relentless technological, behavioral, and societal change.The Productivity organization creates solutions that ignite Citi's talent ecosystem, deploying digital tools and simplifying operating models and processes that transform our business and Functions.The Assistant Vice President will be a key member of the team, supporting engagements across the Firm.Projects will vary in size, duration, and complexity; will have significant and measurable business value outcomes; and will be highly visible with executive-level sponsorship.The Assistant Vice President, will operate within a relatively flat organization and work closely with senior leaders within the Productivity organization and across the bank.RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive the analysis of complex sets of data and business processes with limited guidanceIndependently think through and analyze solutions to problems and develop initial hypotheses, frameworks, and methodologiesSupport all phases of projects and drive project execution and deliveryOwn the initial preparation of communications for project sponsors and senior stakeholders regarding hypotheses, analyses, and project outcomesSupport creation of project communications to drive engagement of key stakeholders and adoption of recommendations and solutionsWork with colleagues to continuously develop re-usable intellectual capital and contribute relevant content to the team's knowledgebaseShow initiative in performing research and obtaining dataQUALIFICATIONS:At least 1-2 years in a major management consulting firm, or equivalent experience in a large Financial Services companyStrong written and verbal communications skillsDemonstrated experience creating, owning, and developing PowerPointpresentations and similar forms of communicationAdvanced skills in MS Excel.
