Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Project/Program Manager - Non-IT III to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning, directing, and coordinating various projects in non-IT fields, including engineering, research and development, and financial systems. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities, develop detailed plans, and oversee technical integration efforts.
Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Manage employee recruitment, assignment, and performance evaluation, fostering staff development and competence.
Analyze technology and market trends to assess project feasibility and resource needs.
Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to define project specifications and procedures.
Review and recommend contracts and cost estimates to ensure project success.
Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail in project execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
PMI or PMP certification preferred.
5-7 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and prior experience with Eloqua.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools such as MS Project, Visio, etc.

A skilled digital and B2B2C marketer with a passion for leveraging various channels including email marketing, webinars, and paid media.
Ability to prioritize effectively and focus on high-impact opportunities.
Dedicated to promoting health equity and digital healthcare initiatives.
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement across diverse teams and time zones.
What You Will Do:
Execute marketing strategies to attract and engage eligible members, including campaign management and user acquisition efforts.
Manage project tasks including co-branding, creative development, and asset management.
Drive client enablement through newsletters and user growth initiatives.
Conduct thorough performance analysis and reporting to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing guidelines and objectives.
Manage vendors and contractors to deliver project objectives effectively.
What We Require:
Minimum 2 years of B2B and B2B2C healthcare marketing experience, preferably in digital healthcare.
Expertise in digital marketing technologies including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.com.
Strong project management and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with Demand Base or other ABM solutions is a plus.
