Overview The Multifamily Monitoring and Performance Coordinator is integral to the intake, review, and processing of Sunrun's growing Affordable Multifamily & Commercial Solar & Storage project pipeline. They will be responsible for several core Field Service and Monitoring-based responsibilities, ensuring accuracy, timelines are met appropriately while always looking for ways to improve processes and communication. The Multifamily Monitoring and Performance Coordinator will be critical in meeting monthly and quarterly monitoring targets as we scale the business unit into new markets and products and bring clean, renewable energy to more customers across the United States. Reporting to Project Operations Senior Manager on the Multifamily team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Key point person for all Multifamily Monitoring and Field Services aspects ensure smooth lifecycles and accuracy at every step, every detail and make a tangible effort to move projects forward to completion including escalating appropriately internally or externally and flagging delays Liaising with Multifamily homes operations, underwriting, incentives, design, and other applicable teams to ensure projects are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Reviews, maintains, and submits M2 Meter Registration, M3 Monitoring Approvals, Monitoring Cases, Field Service issues, and other various responsibilities to ensure items are being processed accurately and in a timely manner. Manage weekly, daily, ad hoc internal/external communication in meetings and emails to drive projects and cases forward to completion Create, maintain, and manage dashboards, Smartsheet reports, Google sheets, and materials to properly track, prioritize requests for the customers and internal Sunrun team, and communicate high-level project status updates. Create, maintain, and manage process SOPs and checklists for each Monitoring or Field Service program and additional processes that the Coordinator is responsible for. Maintain impeccable, detailed notes and records in CRM and Project Management tools including SalesForce, Smartsheets, Google Sheet as well as create and run reports to quality assure data and prioritize workload Maintain team-wide project management tools with accurate information for recurring daily, weekly, monthly requests and SOX compliance. Use time and project management skills to prioritize work appropriately. Proactively find appropriate new work and improvements to accelerate progress as a member of the team. Escalate issues appropriately to team and manager and solicit feedback. Assist in ad hoc projects as needed. Prioritize and process requests and queries from other teams. Be the guide and source of truth on policies and processes and train new team members. Requirements (Education, Experience, and other skills) 2+ years of work experience. Solar monitoring, solar plan set reviews, and data systems experience a plus. Experience with Salesforce.com, Google Suite, and project management tools like Smartsheet required. Flexible and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines and work independently to resolve problems to deliver results and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organization. Ability to work outside of standard business hours including weekends and evening hours to meet end of quarter targets and deadlines. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills along with effective communication skills with peers and other levels and departments.
