Project Mananger

Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development and completion of tract homes and communities. This includes managing and coordinating the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other internal and external stakeholders. Typically, you could be working on 3 communitties simultaneously ranging from 300-500 homes. 
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely completion of projects. Consult with other professionals, such as architects and subcontractors, to ensure that progress is made in accordance with project plans. Monitor and track progress of construction projects, ensuring that all deadlines and standards are met. Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular progress updates to management and other stakeholders. Identify and address project issues and risks in a timely and effective manner. Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize project efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in project management. Knowledge of project management principles and practices. Experience with tract home and community development. Excellent organizational, problem solving, and communication skills. Highly detail-oriented and organized. Ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management software.
