Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of commercial projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, including budget, timeline, and resources needed Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that all parties are working together effectively Manage and oversee the construction process, including site inspections, safety compliance, and quality control Monitor progress against project schedule and budget, and adjust plans as needed Communicate with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns they may have Ensure that all project documentation, such as contracts, permits, and change orders, is accurate and up to date Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals, including project engineers, field engineers, and superintendents Qualifications:
