Responsibilities
• Leading team efforts for marketing, strategy development, and proposal preparation.• Accountable for new business objectives and overall project performance.• Interacting with assigned clients and promoting Black & Veatch through client and community activities.• Supporting the development of market business plans and client engagement strategies.• Overseeing engineering managers, project performance goals, and implementation.• Managing team development, mentoring, and coaching on performance improvement.• Acting as a project manager, including management of a project team.
Requirements
• Professional Engineer (PE) License.• 10+ years of civil engineering design services in water and wastewater treatment.• Experience on BIM developed projects.• Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and standards.• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.
