Role: Project Manager V Primary Skills: Project Management Role Description: As a Project Manager V you must have at least 10+ years of experience.
3 Must Have's: - Onsite minimum 4 days per week
- 10 + years of experience leading Capital equipment projects
- Strong large project management skills
Roles & Responsibilities: - Ideal candidate would have a mechanical engineering degree or equivalent:
O 10 plus years of experience in the project management field
O Must have experience with the food processing equipment
O Experience with facilities related projects is a plus
O Must be able to produce quality results in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Provide Plant support through capital project management:
O Create supporting project documentation.
O Present documentation to gain needed approvals.
O Lead projects from development through installation and closing phases.
O Hold periodic project meetings providing critical project updates.
O Meet regularly with vendors to ensure successful project completion.
O Support installation while projects are being completed.
O Follow through with identifying all new equipment with asset tags.
- Support the plant with needed equipment support:
O Assist where needed with troubleshooting assistance or diagnosing equipment failures.
O Provide assistance with finding or providing equipment details or drawings.
O Provide plant layouts when needed.
- Proficient with:
O MS Office
O AutoCAD
O MS Project
O MS Teams
O SAP
- On Site support (Muscatine, Iowa)
O Must be onsite 4 days per week - 32-45 hours required to work weekly (depending on workload).
O 4 hours Monday
O 8 hours Tuesday
O 8 hours Wednesday
O 8 hours Thursday
O 4 hours Friday
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience
Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
