Project Manager - Underground Utilities

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in Multi-family, Commercial or Healthcare to join our team. What You Will Be Doing - Responsible for managing the entire construction project start to finish
- Underground utilities, earthwork, demolition, remediation parts of the projects
- Commercial & Multi-family Projects in Oakland & San Francisco
- Ground-up, new construction
- Work directly with Preconstruction Teams & Job Site teams to ensure project success
- Work toward Senior Project Manager promotion track
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years of Construction Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- 3+ years of Underground Utilities
- BS in Construction Management or related
