We're seeking a talented and creative Program Manager to join our dynamic team! As a key player in our education and tutoring department, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our mission to revolutionize the way we deliver tutoring services to our clients.
Qualifications Proven track record in successfully managing projects in the past. Proven track record in successfully managing teams. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies Experienced in project management tools. Strong communication, written, and presentation skills. Ability to multitask. Detail-oriented, strong sense of urgency, and ability to work independently. Responsibilities Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and external meetings Manage and control project scope and the change control process. Implement new and necessary technologies. Acts as the client point-of-contact for project-related issues Identify project risks, issues and offer the best possible solutions, and decide if the problem needs to be brought to the Director's attention. Develop and execute project work plans as well as provide guidance to staff as needed. Communicate any issues/problems/caveats or additional information to the internal team as soon as that information is available. Understand and abide by individual project instructions. Investigate/resolve client complaints, problem-solve, and work with Management to ensure that appropriate systemic changes are implemented. Why Back to Basics Learning Dynamics?
