Responsibilities Plans all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.?? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs.?? Ensure all necessary regulations and permits are obtained.?? Attend and participate in onsite bid meetings as needed.?? Order materials, tools, equipment, and labor.?? Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.?? Writes and submits punch lists.?? Track change orders, submit RFIs.? Use Project Management software to update schedules, track progress and document project progression.? Use Procore software to document all project activity.?? Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.?? Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth execution of projects.? Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years in Project Management of Industrial Process Piping, thermal fluid experience is a plus Business degree preferred and/or applicable industry experience. Ability to effectively lead and direct tradesmen through specific construction means & methods. In depth understanding of Project Lifecyle from Preconstruction to Closeout. High attention to detail capabilities with the ability to be a self-starter. Experience with Procore – Project Management Software (preferred) Experience with SolidWorks, Inventor, and/or CAD, preferred. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing customer's needs. Availability to travel up to 50% of the time. 45 to 55 hours per work week in the office and on project site. Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed. Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
