Job Description:
Role Overview: The Project Manager oversees the end-to-end execution of structural steel construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning and Execution:
* Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
* Coordinate internal teams and external contractors.
* Monitor progress and mitigate risks.
* Client and Stakeholder Communication:
* Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders.
* Provide regular updates and address concerns promptly.
* Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance:
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
* Proven project management experience in structural steel construction.
* Strong knowledge of structural steel materials and processes.
* Proficiency in project management software.
* Structural Steel Estimating and/or Sales is preferred
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
