We are hiring a Project Manager to join our growing team. By utilizing their experience with Procore, subcontractor management, scheduling, and estimating, the Senior PM will play a critical role in ensuring project completion and business growth. What You Will Be Doing Plan and schedule projects to ensure timely completion of projects Ensure accurate and thorough estimating processes Perform take offs Solicit subcontractors/vendors Ensure timely turnover of a projects Ensure accurate documentation Manage close-out processes, including but not limited to financial aspects and punch lists Ensure customer satisfaction via open communication and relationship building Manage resources, control costs, optimize performance of the project What You Need for this Position 3+ years of Retail Construction Project Management experience required Experience with Procore and Bluebeam is required Strong background with subcontractor solicitation Experience with estimating, planning, scheduling, managing subcontractors and vendors, ensuring project profitability, etc. Experience working with national and international retail businesses in a plus Must be comfortable sitting for long periods of time Candidates must provide a current project list with at minimum 3 years of recent, relevant retail construction experience.
