• Manage and oversee multiple construction projects• Effective communication with employees, vendors, and customers• Review and approve scope of work• Manage and monitor in-house installers and subcontractor crews• Perform minor repairs as needed
Requirements
• 5+ years of residential construction experience• 2+ years of project management experience• Strong skillset in estimating, remodeling, and customer service
