We are looking for a highly-motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager in Prineville, OR or Lowell, AR with a strong background in Renewable Energy and Utility Construction. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully overseeing construction projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing resources, cost control, scheduling, and project delivery.
The Project Manager must have strong technical knowledge of Construction, Electrical, Civil, and Utility Scale. In addition, the ideal candidate should have experience in Renewable Energy, Underground, and Underground Utilities. PMP certification is preferred.
Position Overview:
Manage and coordinate the duties of all project staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop, plan, and implement project schedules. Monitor project progress and track changes in scope, budget, and timeline. Manage project resources and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. Review construction plans and documents for accuracy and conformance to applicable standards. Provide technical support to project teams and stakeholders. Identify, evaluate, and manage risks and safety issues. Prepare and review project reports. Conduct project audits. Ensure that projects are compliant with applicable regulations and standards. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field. 5+ years experience in Project Management in the Renewable Energy and Utility Construction industries. In-depth knowledge of Construction, Electrical, Civil, and Utility Scale. Knowledge of Renewable Energy, Underground, and Underground Utilities. PMP certification is preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
