As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting agile software development, business intelligence, and business analysis teams. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct project management support, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dashboards, reports, automated tests, and enterprise software services. By leveraging your expertise in project management, Agile methodologies, data modeling, and requirements analysis, you will guide teams through sprint cycles while upholding industry best practices and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Hybrid position (on-site/remote) requiring on-site presence for a minimum of three days per week.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Project Management Institute's (PMI) principles; PMP certification preferred.
Strong understanding of business management and organizational theory.
Experience leading teams, resource planning, and process improvements.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
Excellent communication, motivation, and leadership skills.
Key Activities/Responsibilities:
Manage and direct teams of developers, architects, business analysts, and testers.
Lead projects from conception to implementation, serving as the primary point of contact.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports.
Conduct project meetings and track progress effectively.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
Provide technical and analytical support to project teams.
