Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Real Estate Strategic Planning team. In this role, you'll contribute to our mission by supporting key activities associated with real estate strategic planning. You'll work closely with leadership to develop and implement strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the development, approval, and implementation of real estate strategies.
- Gather business requirements, assess feasible options, and conduct analysis to inform decision-making.
- Drive accountability to ensure successful project completion within schedule and budget.
- Provide guidance and oversight during project execution to ensure results meet business objectives.
- Assess and mitigate project issues, risks, and financials, escalating as appropriate.
- Maintain databases and reports on portfolio and project performance.
- Manage cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in Real Estate project management (PMP Certification preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Finance, or Real Estate, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects cross-functionally.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Real Estate Portfolio and Projects Systems.

- Travel: 10 - 20%

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $110,000
