Project Manager
We are an established Real Estate Development company that is looking for a Project Manager to help assist and ensure a smooth completion of our current and future construction projects.
Position Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of a real estate development project from concept to completion. This includes managing the entire process, from budgeting to coordination with all necessary parties, and ensuring that the project is completed within the timeline and budget constraints. The Project Manager will be the primary contact for contractors, vendors, staff, and customers. The Project Manager will also be accountable for ensuring adherence to all regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop project plans and budgets by working with staff and stakeholders
Manage project risks and ensure that project deadlines are met
Provide project updates to executive leadership and stakeholders
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and staff to ensure successful completion on time and within budget
Ensure that project goals are achieved in compliance with regulatory standards
Resolve any conflicts that arise between project teams, contractors, vendors, and customers
Take corrective action to address any project issues or problems
Develop and coordinate training plans for project teams and stakeholders
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project management, hotel, multi-family, and/or real estate development
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking effectively
Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
