This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. What you'll do Provide quality assurance and quality control for Project Management team in accordance with delivery process and change management requirements. Provide project audit reviews during project delivery and at completion to manage project risk. Partner with Project Management Team to assess and perform corrective actions to align with required tools, technology and process including proper change management controls. Oversee all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Assist assigned project managers to work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & achievements, quality control, and risk identification. Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients. Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated. Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals. Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances. Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job subject area and broad understanding of several job fields within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. Work within broad guidelines and policies. Explain difficult or sensitive information. What you'll need Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred. Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive approach. Sophisticated math skills. The minimum salary for the Project Manager Quality Control position is $95,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Project Manager Quality Control position is $130,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
