Responsibilities
• Work on integration of multiple project workstream deliverables• Ensure clear communications between site functions and Global Facilities Delivery team• Identify pre manufacturing program elements necessary to support facility readiness• Develop integrated start up plan reflecting key linkages and resource requirements• Interface with end users to communicate priorities• Create strong morale and foster open dialogue among cross functional teams• Partner with stakeholders to align scope and goals• Facilitate decision making and manage internal and external stakeholders• Identify and escalate potential changes and risks• Forecast resource needs and resolve resource issues• Develop reports and metrics for Governance Forums
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering field• Project Management Skills• Good communication skills• Preferred: Project Management Certification• Preferred: Relevant industry experience in high paced working environments• Preferred: Demonstrated project management and delivery experience• Preferred: Ability to manage in a dynamic environment• Preferred: Strong self-management and organizational skills• Preferred: Ability to interact with multiple functions• Preferred: High learning agility and flexibility• Preferred: Strong interpersonal and teambuilding skills
