Project Manager - Multi-Family Construction

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with multi-family experience to join our team and take on the overall responsibility for all aspects of our construction projects. This role requires someone with excellent leadership and organizational skills who is able to oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources Monitor the progress of projects and report on any issues or delays Identify resources required for successful completion of projects Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure objectives are met Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects Oversee all aspects of the construction process from start to finish Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Conduct regular progress meetings with all key stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field 5+ years of experience in Project Management, specializing in multi-family, apartments, condos, and wood frame construction Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
