In taking on ownership of the Project Manager Mileage Accumulation Testing role within Vehicle Integration, you will be an integral link in the initiative to maximize the testing value of Zoox's test vehicles.In this role, you will:Plan, manage, and coordinate vehicle-level mileage accumulation testing activitiesWork with cross-functional teams to ensure testing objectives are metCreate and maintain dashboards showing test and issue statusTrack issues found during testing, drive issue resolution through existing processes, and coordinate issues to represent in escalation meetings with senior managementAnalyze results to identify which systems have opportunities for improvementQualificationsBS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experienceAt least 6 years of experience in engineering, program management, or management consultingExperience managing complex cross-functional projectsUnderstanding of vehicle-level testing Experience with developing and scaling strategy, processes, plans, procedures, reporting, and handling escalationsBonus QualificationsProficient in tools or processes required to manage complex projects (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, etc.)CompensationThere are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $185,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
